Welder We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented welder to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for fusing metals using various welding processes to manufacture high-quality components. Responsibilities Include: Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and measurements to plan layout. Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments (MIG, TIG, or Stick as required). Set up components for welding according to specifications (e.g., cutting material, clamping, and tacking). Inspect welded joints and surfaces for defects or hidden cracks to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety or production. Follow all institutional and safety regulations (OSHA) at all times. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a welder with a strong portfolio of relevant work. Technical knowledge of various welding techniques and metallurgy. Ability to read and understand complex blueprints and mechanical drawings. Proficiency in using electrical or manual tools (saws, squares, calipers, etc.). Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety. Professional certification (e.g., AWS) is highly preferred.
