Purpose and Scope:


Performs maintenance and repairs on pumps, motors, blowers, overhead doors, air handling units, air compressors, and similar equipment.

Essential Responsibilities:

1) Fabricate items, as requested.

2) Typical repairs will include replacement of standard oil seals with mechanical seals in hot water and chilled water pumps.

Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

High School diploma or equivalent. Qualified journeyman in accordance with union rules.
