• Lead and participate inengaging hands-on activities events trips and celebrations within theassisted livingsetting encouraging resident involvement and highlighting individual talents.
• Create and distribute monthly calendars and newsletters; gather resident feedback through surveys; collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a well-rounded meaningful daily program.
• Personally facilitate activities and outings -including scheduling transportation driving the community van or bus and assisting residents directly during trips and events.
• Engage with one-on-one residents daily providing companionship encouragement and assistance during activities to foster connection and a sense of belonging.
• Support marketing efforts buildcommunity relationships and occasionally assist with tours and apartment rentals

• 2 years of assisted living experience required
• Activity programming recreation or related experience preferred.
• Valid drivers license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending reaching kneeling pushing and assisting residents during activities and transportation.
• Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings in accordance with state regulations.
