Summary
Provides executive leadership for Jamco’s aircraft seating program portfolio across development, certification, production, delivery, entry into service, and aftermarket support. Accountable for portfolio profitability, program execution, customer satisfaction, organizational capability, and long-term business growth. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead seating portfolio strategy, priorities, investments, and execution in alignment with corporate, customer, product, and financial objectives.
• Maintain executive accountability for program cost, schedule, quality, technical, contractual, margin, cash, and customer performance .
• Oversee program budgets, forecasts, EAC/ETC, EVM, revenue, profitability, and corrective or recovery initiatives.
• Establish program governance, including scope, schedules, milestones, WBS, resources, risks, decision authority, and change control.
• Direct executive program, customer, milestone, production-readiness, SIOP, and recovery reviews; intervene when performance is below expectations.
• Serve as senior executive customer interface and escalation point for contractual, technical, delivery, quality, and commercial matters.
• Oversee contract changes, claims, negotiations, pricing, proposals/RFQs, and actions protecting Jamco’s financial and contractual interests.
• Partner with Sales and functional leaders on growth strategy, new-business pursuits, resource planning, and execution feasibility.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Certification, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Sales, and Customer Support.
• Identify and mitigate portfolio risks and ensure safety, quality, ethics, regulatory compliance, and product conformity are maintained.
• Establish meaningful portfolio KPIs and provide accurate performance, risk, and financial reporting to customers and executive leadership.
• Lead continuous improvement, lessons learned, and consistent program-management practices across programs and sites.

Leadership & Supervisory Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Seating Program Management organization, including Program Directors, Senior Program Managers, Program Managers, and assigned personnel. Responsibilities include organizational planning, recruiting, performance management, mentoring, succession planning, resource allocation, priority setting, and leadership development. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Program Management, Operations, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred .
• Typically 15+ years of progressive aerospace, aircraft interiors/seating, manufacturing, engineering, or program-management experience .
• Significant leadership experience managing complex aerospace development, certification, production, delivery, and in-service programs.
• Demonstrated P&L/portfolio accountability , including revenue, cost, margin, cash, forecasting, EAC/ETC, and EVM.
• Experience leading senior professionals and large cross-functional teams; global or multi-site leadership strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace seating programs, contracts, commercial negotiations, change control, risk management, and customer management.
• Proven experience working with airlines, aircraft manufacturers, suppliers, certification stakeholders, and executive customers.
• Exceptional strategic, financial, analytical, negotiation, decision-making, communication, and organizational leadership skills.
• Successful completion of required pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Work Environment & Travel
Work is performed in office and manufacturing environments. Domestic and international travel is required as needed to support customers, suppliers, programs, and Jamco locations. Employees must comply with applicable company, safety, quality, ethical, and regulatory requirements.
