Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Remote (California Residents Only)

Our client, is a U.S. Fortune 1,000 company and a major process services provider to government health and human services agencies in the United States seeks a Bilingual Customer Service representative .

**100% REMOTE – CALIFORNIA CANDIDATES ONLY

**Pay Rate: $18.83/hr on W2

**Duration: 6+ months, with potential for extension/conversion to FTE

**Start Date: November 16, 2026

**Location: 100% Remote – Candidate must be based in California

**Equipment: Provided by client

**Work Schedule: Schedules will be assigned between 7:00 AM and 1:30 PM Pacific, Monday–Friday.

**Mandatory Training – First 5 Weeks:

• No time off is permitted during the 5-week training period.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer service calls.
• Navigate multiple computer applications and systems while assisting customers.
• Handle complex calls using critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Provide professional and effective customer service.
• Work efficiently with dual monitors and multiple software applications.
• Maintain reliable attendance and adhere to scheduled working hours.
• Protect confidential and sensitive healthcare information.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• High-volume call center experience.
• Minimum typing speed of 30–35 WPM .
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to effectively navigate multiple computer systems/applications.

Preferred Experience

• Behavioral Health experience.
• Insurance or claims processing experience.

Remote Work Requirements

Because this position involves handling confidential healthcare information:

• High-speed wired internet is required.
• Wi-Fi/wireless internet is not permitted .
• A reliable, professional home-office environment is required.
• Camera must be on during training/work activities when required, including attendance calls.
• Business-casual dress is required during working hours.
• Equipment will be provided by the client.
