Our client is seeking a Retirement Account Specialist to support the administration and processing of Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs) from annuity retirement accounts. This role is primarily focused on accurately processing account transactions and ensuring RMD requirements are handled in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs) for annuity and retirement accounts in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Review account information and documentation to ensure RMD transactions are processed accurately and completely.
• Research and resolve discrepancies or missing information related to RMD processing.
• Manage multiple accounts and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Follow established processes, procedures, and compliance requirements for retirement account transactions.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience working with annuities, retirement accounts, RMDs, retirement distributions, or related financial services operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing financial transactions.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Role will be onsite in San Antonio. Schedule will be Monday – Friday 8:00am-6:00pm.
