Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within the licensed practical nurse scope of practice in a long-term care setting

- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensure comfort and safety
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare staff to update care plans
- Maintain accurate charting, incident reporting, and effective handoff communication

Requirements
- Active LPN license in New York state (or eligible for licensure)
- Availability to work night shift and maintain 40 hours per week
- Ability to perform nursing tasks within the LTC setting and document care accurately
- Experience in long-term care or similar environments encouraged
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient‑centered care skills
- Ability to meet regulatory and assignment-specific requirements for travel/temporary roles
