- Bonus based on RVU production
- Quality bonus up to 10% of base salary

- $75,000 Sign-on bonus
- $60,000 total retention bonus
- $15,000 in relocation reimbursement
- 33 Days of PTO
- 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
