Join a supportive community focused on engagement and recognition Hands-on paid virtual classroom-style training, as well as ongoing job specific training What We Are Looking For Must reside in Canada Must be at least 18 yrs of age Highschool diploma or equivalent Must have at least 6 months of working experience in the customer service field Must pass a background check Language skills: Fluency in English and French is required, as the role involves supporting both French-speaking and English-speaking clients. Key Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English will be needed to assist both French and English speaking customers. Proficient in MS Office 365, MS TEAMS and a Microsoft Windows environment Able to navigate multiple systems and have an understanding google maps or similar tools Strong problem-Solving, Empathy, Adaptability and Reliability Home Setup Requirements A hardwired connection with an internet Speed of 10.0 Mbps download speed and 5.0 Mbps upload speed A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production This role may involve the use of approved artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support day-to-day tasks, improve efficiency, and enhance decision-making. Examples may include automated workflows, data-supported recommendations, drafting or summarization tools, or candidate/employee interaction tools (as applicable to the role).
