Bilingual Patient Care Call Center Rep (Flexible Schedule)

CJMC

CJMC in Perth Amboy, NJ is seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to provide excellent patient-focused service. You will handle high-volume calls, assist with scheduling, and route inquiries to appropriate departments while maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish, with prior call center experience and strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fast typing are required for efficient data entry and patient support.
