Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify mental health needs, relational concerns, and therapeutic goals.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based modalities, addressing individual, couple, and family dynamics.

• Facilitate therapy sessions that adapt to the specific challenges and backgrounds of clients, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, or solution-focused therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Cedarbrook Clinical Partners, you will work primarily with diverse patients, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing various mental health and relational challenges. Our clients often contend with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family conflict. You will have the opportunity to guide them through their personal journeys toward healing in a warm and empathetic environment.

Qualifications\n

• An active LMFT license in the state of New Jersey.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, ideally in a similar outpatient or community health setting.

• Demonstrated capacity to work effectively with couples and families.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
