Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify children's developmental needs and family dynamics.

• Collaborate on the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring they reflect the child’s and family’s goals.
\n
• Monitor progress and outcomes as part of the clinical team, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
\n
• Provide educational and emotional support to families, enhancing their understanding of child development and available resources.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and adhere to Natural Learning Environment Principles in all interventions.
\n
• Engage with families to develop effective strategies and joint plans that support the child’s development within their everyday settings.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations governing early intervention services.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young children, including infants and toddlers, who require early intervention services. Many of these children experience developmental delays or disabilities that necessitate early support to enhance their physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. You will also interact with families, working closely to establish trusting relationships that promote the child’s growth and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work or Doctorate of Social Work.

• Current LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.
\n
• A valid driver's license for potential travel within the community.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
