Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather detailed insights into clients' emotional and mental health histories, enabling tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy, to address diverse client needs.

• Craft and execute personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique goals and progress of each client, continually adjusting as needed to respond to their evolving circumstances.

• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care strategies and improve client outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning during moments of acute distress, ensuring clients receive immediate support and resources.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance and quality service delivery.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that promote community and shared experiences among clients.

Qualifications\n
