• Engage with insurance companies to manage pre-certification processes and oversee utilization management, ensuring clients receive necessary approvals for treatments.

• Participate in comprehensive discharge planning and develop robust aftercare plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Provide therapeutic meal support, fostering healthy relationships with food and nutrition among clients in recovery.

• Deliver empathetic, affirming care tailored to each client's individual circumstances and intersecting identities, thereby enhancing their treatment experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clientele you will serve includes individuals in need of detoxification services, many of whom face co-occurring mental health disorders. Your work will not only focus on their immediate detox needs but will also consider their long-term mental health and recovery strategies. Understanding the complexities of addiction and mental health is essential as you navigate these sensitive areas of treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of New Jersey is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
