Penmac Staffing is hiring Assembly Workers for a hands-on manufacturing role in the Lincoln, MO area. In this full-time position, you will help build small electric motors using hand tools and machines. This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working with their hands and following precise instructions. Schedule for Assembly Workers Monday through Thursday 10-hour shifts 1st shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Daily and Friday overtime opportunities available Pay for Assembly Workers $16.50 Requirements for the Assembly Worker Ability to stand for 10–12 hours per shift Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Must be available for full-time hours Experience using small power tools preferred Ability to read and follow written instructions or blueprints Assembly Worker Responsibilities Assemble small electric motors using hand tools and equipment Follow detailed instructions and blueprints to ensure accuracy Inspect finished products for quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Work as part of a team to meet production goals This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a local manufacturer.
