Key Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Certification through ASHA (CF or CCC's accepted)
Previous experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based caseloads
Excellent interpersonal, organization, and communication skills
Adaptability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced school setting

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams regarding student progress and strategies
Document and maintain accurate student records and progress reports
Attend IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support student learning goals
Serve as a resource to staff and provide classroom support or training as needed
