Bindery Operator Location: Seekonk, MA Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour Shift: Monday - Thursday | 1st Shift Machines Don't Run Without You. Every shop needs someone to run the machines - and that's where you come in. As a Machine Operator, you'll keep production rolling while cashing steady paychecks. Bring to the Table High school diploma or GED required Ability to work in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment Flexibility to work overtime as needed Strong communication, reading, and basic math skills Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic preferred Responsibilities Set up and operate Muller Martini 335 and 321 saddle stitching equipment Adjust machinery based on job specifications, including paper size, stitch count, and binding requirements Perform routine inspections, cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs on bindery equipment Replace worn parts and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed Assist with various bindery operations and production tasks to support workflow efficiency Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment Ensure finished products meet quality standards and production specifications What's In It For You Weekly Pay : Hard work equals fast deposits you can count on.
