Trailer Mechanic – Rogers, MN

$30–$40/hour + Weekly Bonuses Based on Billed Hours
2nd & 3rd Shift Opportunities Available
$7,500 Sign-On Bonus

What You'll Do:

As a Trailer Technician, you will perform repairs and maintenance on a wide variety of commercial trailers, including:

• Preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Brake repairs and air system diagnostics.
• Axle and suspension repairs.
• Wheel-end repairs.
• Welding and fabrication.
• Trailer body repairs and structural repairs.
• Door repairs and replacements.
• Roof, wall, and floor repairs.
• Container repairs and modifications.
• Reefer repairs (experience preferred but not required).

What We're Looking For:

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous trailer repair experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills with Service Managers and team members.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Positive attitude and team-focused mindset.
• Ability to provide your own tools and toolbox.
• Valid driver's license required.
