About the Position

Description: The role involves providing care in a long-term care setting. A minimum of one RN and one LPN will be present during the day shift on each unit. During the night shift, one RN will oversee both units. Three CNAs will be present during the day and evening shifts on each unit, with one CNA assigned to Tamarack and two in the memory care unit during nights. Common diagnoses and types of patients will vary. Physicians will round daily with a focus on collaborative care. Scrub color is not specified. There is a weekend requirement, typically every other weekend. Holiday shifts are also part of the schedule. The charting system used is MEDITECH. No floor-specific orientation is provided for this role.
