ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

Our agency opened in 2020 and is a close-knit team of three focused on building strong relationships and delivering meaningful service to our customers. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 13 years working in State Farm corporate, which gave me a strong foundation in the business and a customer-first mindset. I’m a proud parent of two high schoolers, and family plays a big role in both my personal life and how I run the office. We stay very active in the community through involvement with the Chamber, local Uptown events like movie nights, and organizations such as the Animal Rescue League. Giving back and staying connected locally is something we truly value. ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Reyna Immerfall - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
