ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my agency in 2005 and currently lead a team of 12. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I spent 20 years working as a medical doctor. I made the transition to have more time with my family while still being able to help people in a meaningful way - now by protecting their families and lifestyles through insurance.

Outside of the office, I enjoy staying active through long-distance bike rides, hiking, spinning classes, and practicing jiu-jitsu. I'm also passionate about giving back and regularly participate in 150-mile bike rides to help raise money for multiple sclerosis.

Our agency offers a friendly, family-style environment where everyone is supportive and willing to help one another succeed. We provide daily training through team meetings, a strong focus on work-life balance, and a 401(k) to support your long-term goals.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Franah Marino - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• Our office is located in Pembroke Pines, FL.
• Our office is open 9am -6pm Monday to Friday & 10 am to 1 pm on Saturdays.
• I have been a State Farm agent since 2005.
• I am a proud graduate of University of Miami School of Medicine.
