Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately identify clients' mental health challenges and formulate tailored treatment plans. Facilitate evidence-based therapy sessions, both in individual and group formats, addressing specific mental health concerns and relationship dynamics. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure comprehensive treatment that aligns with each client's needs. Provide guidance to clients' families, enhancing their understanding and involvement in the therapeutic process. Maintain detailed and confidential client records while adhering to regulatory and ethical guidelines. Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in marriage and family therapy. Patient Population / Client Focus The ideal candidate will work with a diverse group of individuals and families, providing support for a wide range of issues, including communication breakdowns, relational conflicts, anxiety, depression, and more. Our clients may be from various backgrounds, and the therapist will be crucial in helping them navigate their unique challenges while fostering resilience and coping skills. Qualifications A valid and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required. A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. Exceptional communication skills, capable of establishing trust and rapport with clients. A strong sense of empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude towards clients' experiences and mental health journeys. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client cases and administrative responsibilities effectively. Preferred Experience Previous experience in a telehealth setting is preferred, but not required. Knowledge of evidence-based practices in family and marital therapy. Experience working with various demographics and special populations. Compensation and Benefits Competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and certifications.
