Job Overview Birchwood Farms Golf & Country Club Position: Experienced Line Cook Pay: $20-26 per hour Job Type: Full-time during summer season; part-time in off season with occasional extra hours for holidays and special events. Schedule & Shift PM shifts; holiday/night/weekend/overtime shifts required. Mostly Mondays off; part-time in winter, full-time in season. Benefits Medical - company pays 80% for entire family Dental HSA with company contribution Vision 401(k) with company match Free lunch and dinner during shifts Free golf Employee discount on golf shop merchandise Uniforms provided Employee appreciation events Employee recognition events Essential Duties & Responsibilities Maintain sanitation, food preparation, and storage standards Set up and clean up assigned food station Prepare menu items per recipe guidelines Clean equipment and ensure proper food storage Store all stock items in walk-in cooler and dry storage; label, date, and rotate consumable products Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Education & Experience Requirements At least 2+ years cooking experience (preferred). Basic understanding of professional cooking, knife handling, safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures. Location Harbor Springs, Northern Michigan Birchwood Farms Golf & Country Club is a private member‑owned association with approximately 900 members. Amenities include 27-hole golf, tennis, pickleball, bocce courts, heated pools, cross‑country skiing, walking trails, and fitness center.
