Physical Therapist (On-Call): Neuro RehabilitationMake a real impact—help someone regain independence while building a career you're proud of.The On-Call Physical Therapist provides skilled physical therapy services to individuals in Hope Network's Neuro Rehabilitation program. In this flexible role, you'll evaluate, treat, and educate individuals recovering from neurological injuries and conditions while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. While this is an on-call position, consistent scheduling opportunities are anticipated during an upcoming maternity leave coverage.What You'll DoEvaluate individuals and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plansProvide hands-on therapy to improve strength, balance, mobility, coordination, and functional independenceDesign and monitor home exercise programs and mobility interventionsTrain direct care staff on safe transfers, gait techniques, and therapy recommendationsCollaborate with PTAs, rehabilitation staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary team membersComplete timely documentation, progress notes, and treatment reportsParticipate in care planning, discharge planning, family education, and team meetingsMonitor therapy equipment and recommend adaptive equipment or mobility devices as neededWhat We're Looking ForCompassionate and patient with a passion for helping others achieve meaningful recoveryStrong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesOrganized and detail-oriented with strong documentation skillsFlexible and adaptable in a dynamic rehabilitation environmentWhat You BringPreferred: Two or more years of experience working with adults with neurological disabilities or traumatic brain injuries (TBI)Required: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited programCurrent Physical Therapist licenseMembership with the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)Top BenefitsCompetitive pay: $50/hourMileage reimbursementEmployee Referral BonusFlexible, on-call schedulingSupportive, collaborative work environmentWhy Hope NetworkNot your average job.
