CBRE Workplace Experience Manager

As a CBRE Workplace Experience Manager, you will be responsible for managing employees that oversee the delivery of workplace experience services. Examples of services include Concierge, Reception, Meeting & Event Management, and administrative office duties. This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building.

What You'll Do:

1. Manage all aspects of the amenity spaces and TX/CX programming offerings at the buildings, from contract/booking to execution.
2. Coordinate daily activities and establish a work schedule.
3. Enforce CBRE RISE hospitality standards (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence) and resources that guide operational teams in how to deliver best-in-class service.
4. Build and maintain a trusted client relationship. Negotiate with clients, partners, and associates to resolve conflicting priorities.
5. Develop vendor partnerships with the intention of cost saving efforts. Handle negotiations for contract services. Confirm that all vendors have current and adequate proof of insurance and contractual documentation.
6. Oversee programs run by third party vendors. This includes food delivery, organizing events, coordinating transportation, or mail distribution. Ensure all invoices for business services are billed.
7. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Encourage collaboration and synergy among various parties to achieve successful events.
8. Drive amenity usage and activation at the building.
9. Responsible for programming and managing community events coordination, signage, vendor contract processing, and communication notices. Leverage best practices and industry experts to enhance the type and quality of events being delivered at the properties.
10. Research and identify programming that drives community engagement and supports the asset and its tenants.
11. Update and manage the master calendar of property event programming – carefully balancing the mix of Owner-sponsored, community, and tenant related events. Provide Owner 12 month look ahead event calendar for planning purposes no less than twice per year.
12. Collects and organizes feedback to provide data informing program performance indicators.
13. Stock and manage supplies and goods within amenity spaces/conference rooms. Adhere to budget and review and approve all invoices related to such amenity purchases.
14. Role may require after-hours event oversite.
15. Role may require physical labor to setup/take down events and or conference room configuration in partnership with property staff.
16. Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
