This is an exciting opportunity for a business-minded professional who enjoys combining data-driven decision-making with relationship building and strategic execution.At TD SYNNEX, you'll be empowered to make a meaningful impact while working in a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative environment that supports professional growth and career advancement.What You'll DoStrategic Business Planning & GrowthDevelop and execute strategic business plans and programs that support product line growth, revenue objectives, and market expansion.Analyze market intelligence, competitive trends, customer demand, and industry insights to identify new opportunities and drive informed business decisions.Track performance against annual and quarterly business goals, recommending adjustments and actions to optimize results.Category Ownership & Vendor StrategyAct as the business owner for the Cisco Buying Programs portfolio, driving growth, profitability, and market positioning.Partner closely with Cisco and internal stakeholders to support vendor strategies, business initiatives, and go-to-market plans.Serve as a subject matter expert on vendor programs, technologies, and market trends, providing guidance across cross-functional teams.Customer & Partner EngagementIdentify high-potential and strategic customers and develop strong partnerships that drive long-term success.Collaborate with sales teams to uncover growth opportunities and expand market reach.Promote complementary solutions across targeted industry verticals to maximize customer value and revenue opportunities.Business Insights & CommunicationDevelop executive-level reports, business reviews, and presentations that communicate key insights, recommendations, and performance metrics.Deliver presentations to vendor and customer audiences, demonstrating thought leadership and business acumen.Proactively identify innovative approaches to generate new business opportunities and strengthen competitive positioning.What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications3 to 5 years of experience in business development, vendor management, product management, channel sales, marketing, technology distribution, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at multiple levels, including senior leadership.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated ability to influence others, negotiate effectively, and drive consensus.High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering quality results.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business technology tools.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related discipline.Experience working with Cisco solutions, vendor programs, or technology channel partners.Knowledge of go-to-market strategy development and business planning processes.Why Join TD SYNNEX?At TD SYNNEX, we believe our people are our greatest strength.
