The Technical Service Manager will act as a trusted advisor to industrial customers, ensuring the safe and effective use of chlorate-based solutions in bleaching processes. Working remotely across the United States and Canada, with frequent travel to customer sites, the position plays a key role in strengthening operational performance, safety standards, and product optimization. The role involves close collaboration with sales, operations, and technical teams to resolve issues and drive value creation. It is highly field-oriented and requires strong hands-on experience in pulp and paper manufacturing environments.
