About Miami Padel Club

Miami Padel Club (MPC) is one of the top franchises in the Pro Padel League (PPL), the leading professional padel league in the United States. The league has 10 teams across the US, Canada and Mexico. The 2026 season includes five stops: New York, Los Angeles, Playa del Carmen, Guadalajara and Miami, home of the Miami City’s Cup.

MPC manages the club’s sponsorships, content and merchandise. Our goal is to make MPC the club Miami brands want to be associated with, and to deliver measurable value to our partners.

The Role

The Senior Manager of Sponsorships is responsible for new sponsorship revenue, from first contact to signed contract. You’ll find the brands, pitch them, and close the deals, with support from ownership.

The inventory you’ll sell includes:

• Uniform placements (jersey front, sleeves, shorts and back)
• On-site Partner Zones and product sampling at MPC events
• Community events
• Branded content series, including “The Play” and “Path to the Match”

The ideal candidate already has relationships with decision-makers at South Florida brands, and those decision-makers take the call.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and contact brands, with a priority on companies based in South Florida or targeting it
• Maintain a prospect pipeline organized by category: financial services, automotive, hospitality, beverage, health, real estate, luxury and technology
• Understand each prospect’s marketing goals and show how an MPC partnership supports them
• Build your own sales presentations, proposals and pricing
• Negotiate and close sponsorship agreements, working with management on contract terms
• Own an annual revenue target and report regularly on pipeline and results to club leadership
• Hand signed partners over to the activation team with clear deliverables and timelines
• Manage partner relationships through the season to secure renewals and upsells
• Help develop and price new sponsorship inventory as the club grows
• Coordinate with outside sales agencies to avoid category and brand conflicts
• Host prospects and partners at PPL events, including the Miami City’s Cup, and represent MPC at industry and community events

Requirements

• 4+ years of sponsorship sales experience with a team, league, event, venue or agency
• Experience owning a revenue target, with a record of closed deals you can walk us through
• An active network of brand and agency decisionmakers in South Florida
• Ability to build sales presentations and proposals from scratch
• A self-directed approach to managing the full sales process
• Working knowledge of how sponsorship assets are valued, such as uniforms, signage, hospitality and digital content
• Based in South Florida, with the ability to travel as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Relationships with Latin American brands, or with US brands that target Hispanic audiences
• Experience with an emerging league or new franchise where the sales story had to be built from scratch
• Familiarity with padel, tennis or other racquet sports
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sports management or a related field

Compensation

The role offers a base salary plus commission on closed sponsorship revenue. Both depend on the candidate’s experience and the relationships they bring.

• Location: Miami, FL. Travel is required as needed by the league and ownership. Approved expenses will be discussed with the candidate.
