Workforce Health Strategic Operations Manager Froedtert Health | Posted Mar 9 Full‑time Location: Menomonee Falls, WI (CP‑North Hills Health Center). This job is hybrid. Standard hours 40.0 per week, Shift 1. Job Summary Responsibility for the management and delivery of support services within Workforce Health (WFH). The Manager will collaborate with WFH executive leadership to provide the highest quality services and customer experience. This position reports to the Executive Director – WFH Operations, ensuring effective delivery of services to support WFH clinical and business operations, implement the annual plan and strategic initiatives, and achieve short‑ and long‑term organizational goals. Experience A minimum of three years of healthcare experience is required. Leadership experience is preferred. Education Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health Administration, or related field is required. A Master’s Degree is preferred. Special Skills Strong leadership skills with proven ability to accomplish goals and improve team productivity. Exceptional analytical skills with a proactive approach to operational improvements and problem‑solving. Proven interpersonal communication skills with ability to lead through influence. Demonstrated knowledge of medical practice and functions. High level of organizational skills and ability to prioritize daily workflow. Strong customer‑service skills. Proficiency in computer programs and office equipment. Experience with organizational change efforts is preferred.
