This position will perform all aspects of the Private Equity Investments platform, including but not limited to, sourcing and underwriting investment opportunities, portfolio monitoring, reporting, forecasting and communications, analytics and modeling, and supporting/leading special projects. Leads (directly or indirectly) building innovative solutions, projects, or initiatives using complex-problem solving techniques paired with domain expertise. Impacts department and sometimes functional management. As part of the Nationwide Alternatives Platform this individual will also have exposure and opportunity to work with members of Nationwide’s Liquid Alternatives team as well. This role may include people leader responsibilities.As a potential people leader, you will also be responsible for the overall performance of the team, as well as management of individual associates. Accountable for multiple processes or programs and may have input on department budgets.
