Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract position welcomes both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and those holding their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), offering an excellent opportunity to collaborate, grow, and shape young communicators.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Wisconsin SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Open to both SLP-CFY and SLP-CCC candidates
- Previous experience with school-aged children preferred, but highly motivated new grads are encouraged to apply
- Ability to manage and document IEP goals and services
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech therapy services to elementary students across 1-2 nearby schools
- Evaluate and assess students’ communication abilities and needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including a lead SLP at each site for ongoing mentorship
- Communicate effectively with families, teachers, and support personnel to foster student growth
