PRE-LITIGATION ATTORNEY | PLAINTIFF PERSONAL INJURY

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Pre-Litigation Attorney, you will:

·         Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement

·         Conduct strategic case investigations involving liability and damages

·         Draft and review legal documents and demand packages

·         Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel

·         Build strong relationships with clients and guide them through the legal process

·         Collaborate closely with legal assistants, case managers, and litigation teams

·         Help maximize case value while delivering an exceptional client experience

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

·         Active attorney in good standing and licensed to practice law in California

·         5+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience preferred

·         Strong understanding of California personal injury laws and procedures

·         Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills

·         Proven ability to successfully manage a high-value caseload

·         Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment

·         Highly organized with strong attention to detail

·         Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
