Manage exciting, high stakes litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients. Cases are high profile, significant damages cases on behalf of catastrophically injured clients. Work with a recognized expert in the areas of child sexual abuse litigation, privacy rights, and pharmacy mistakes. Responsibilities Litigate cases from intake through trial and advocate for clients in court. Provide legal support to clients and assist attorneys. Build and maintain client relationships and provide an excellent customer experience for clients. Prepare discovery, written communication, law and motion, and trial related motion work. Qualifications Active member of the California State Bar. Law degree from accredited law school. 1+ years of litigation experience. Personal injury experience preferred.
