Team Introduction The TikTok Creative Team focuses on building a global ecosystem of creative products. By integrating AI technology innovations with data-driven decision-making, the team is dedicated to enhancing the effectiveness of ad creatives. Core products include the Creator Marketplace for influencers and the Creative Exchange for agencies, exploring innovative applications of Generative AI in the advertising sector to make creative marketing more efficient and intelligent. Project Intern As a project intern, you will engage in short‑term projects that provide practical, real‑world experience in a fast‑paced environment. You will gain skills through on‑the‑job learning and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis; successful candidates must commit to at least three months. Responsibilities Strategic Direction: Research application scenarios and opportunities for various creative types—Agency‑produced, Influencer‑led, GenAI‑generated—within advertising contexts; formulate strategic plans and define "North Star" metrics for global creative products. Metric Monitoring: Create and maintain performance dashboards; monitor and analyze key business and product metrics; provide data‑driven recommendations to continuously optimize ROI and enhance organizational impact. Implementation & Execution: Collaborate closely with global business teams to drive the implementation of key initiatives (e.g., sales incentive policies, incremental testing) and facilitate product and business growth strategies. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Currently pursuing an MBA degree. Prior internship experience in Business Analytics or Product Operations. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, able to learn quickly and work proactively. Strong data savviness and a keen interest in creative marketing and AI technology applications. Highly self‑driven with excellent communication and presentation skills; can coordinate and drive initiatives forward. Preferred Qualifications A‑cademic background in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields. Ability to commit to at least 5 days per week for a period of 3‑6 months. Prior experience in business analytics and/or proficiency in SQL. Job Information Compensation : Hourly rate range $50-50. Benefits Interns receive day‑one access to health insurance, life insurance, well‑being benefits, indefinite paid holidays (10 days) and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in the first half of the year, 40 hours if hired in the second half).
