Work with charter banks to evaluate SBA servicing requests using a thorough knowledge of loan policy, guidelines, procedures and SBA standard operating procedures. Coordinate quarterly SBA problem loan discussions. When appropriate, prepare credit memorandums documenting servicing approvals. Be a resource regarding SBA compliance on new loan originations regarding eligibility, closing requirements, etc. Execute exemplary SBA portfolio management and servicing by maintaining appropriate risk rating on all SBA credits, managing administrative past dues and delinquencies, and keeping documentation exceptions to a minimum. Assist internal and external SBA audits as the primary contact for Wintrust Bank. Collaborate with Managed Assets to ensure compliance with SBA’s servicing & liquidation procedures to maximize recovery. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
