Production Supervisor – 3rd Shift
Location: Oldsmar, FL
Salary: $80,000–$100,000 per year
Shift Differential: +$5.00 per hour (3rd Shift)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM
We're hiring an experienced Production Supervisor for a growing manufacturing facility in Oldsmar. This is a full-time leadership opportunity for someone with a strong manufacturing background who thrives in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can motivate and develop employees, improve manufacturing processes, maintain quality standards, and ensure production goals are achieved safely and efficiently. As the Production Supervisor, you'll oversee daily production operations, manage production staff, maintain workflow, and support continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity remain top priorities. Job Responsibilities
• Supervise daily production operations
• Lead, coach, and develop production employees
• Schedule and monitor production runs
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met
• Monitor production performance and productivity
• Conduct interviews and performance evaluations
• Coach, counsel, and discipline employees as needed
• Troubleshoot production and equipment issues
• Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Monitor product quality and process flow
• Maintain department procedures and documentation Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification required
• Green Belt certification preferred
• Previous manufacturing supervisory experience required
• Five years of manufacturing or quality experience preferred
• Machine troubleshooting experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Blueprint reading experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures
