For more information please visit Summary**The Commercial Support Administrator provides endâtoâend administrative support for commodity merchandising within the Vegetable Oil Feedstocks Profit Center including the execution of contracts rates and coordination of logistical support for commodity shipments by rail truck or barge. Operating in a fastâpaced trade floor environment the role requires heavy data entry advanced use of Excel and meticulous attention to detail to enable timely accurate transaction execution.**Key Responsibilities*** Enter contracts create contract folders and ensure the accuracy of files and documents for production.* Assist with invoicing collections and payments.* Manage assigned customer problems with shipments.* Review receivables and payables needing additional paperwork to complete processing and initiate follow up communication.* Create and edit inbound/outbound tickets.* Answer inbound phone calls assist walk in vendors and respond to accounting and originations inquires professionally and promptly.**What Is Expected of You and Others at This Level*** Has developed knowledge and skills through job related training or considerable experience* Often entry level for those with work experience in relevant areas* Works within established procedure with a moderate degree of supervision* Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations; assesses each using standard procedures and makes sound decisions**Competencies Expected of You and Others at This Level*** Customer Focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.* Collaborates - Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives* Values Differences - Recognizes the value that different perspectives and cultures bring to an organization.* Optimizes Work Processes - Knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done with a focus on continuous improvement.* Instills Trust - Gaining the confidence and trust of others through honesty.
