About the Role
The Company is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to join their global team. The successful candidate will be a key advisor and trusted partner in the development and maintenance of the company's Sanctions Compliance program. This includes ensuring compliance with sanctions regulations, particularly those of the United States, and advising on business strategy to support the international growth of product portfolios. The role also involves the calibration of integrated compliance systems and digital tools to guide the business in this area. The Assistant General Counsel will work closely with the Export, Anti-Money Laundering, and CFIUS teams, and will be a vital part of the company's efforts to address complex challenges in automation, aviation, and energy transition. Applicants for the Assistant General Counsel position at the company should have a strong legal background with a focus on sanctions compliance.
