Professional Parmer Austin, TX, US Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 5+ years of experience in IT and facilities management Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and facilities management best practices Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Experience managing remote teams Certifications in IT and facilities management Spanish speaking Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the company's IT infrastructure and facilities Collaborate with the IT team to ensure that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently Manage the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, including office spaces, equipment, and utilities Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our facilities and IT systems Ensure that our IT and facilities operations are aligned with the company's overall objectives and contribute to its success As an IT Facilities Manager, you will use your strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and facilities management best practices to oversee the daily operations of our company's IT infrastructure and facilities. You will also use your excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with the IT team and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Additionally, you will use your experience and expertise to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our facilities and IT systems.
