The Role:

• Location: Syracuse, NY
• Assignment duration: 3/31/2026 - 7/31/2027
• Shift Type: 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts. Shifts start at 7:00 AM. 8-hour: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM; 10-hour: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM; 12-hour: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM (NOT IDEAL). Providers expected to work full scheduled shift times excluding unpaid lunch.
• In House Call: Inhouse OB call preferred
• Cases: General Surgery, GYN, bariatric, spine, OB, Ortho (with blocks), Neuro/Heads & Peds (few)
• OT: Not expected.
• Site Charting System: Paper charting (pre- and post-op orders entered in computer)
• Number of Anesthesia Rooms: MOR - 17 rooms (includes EP/Cath Lab, GI, IR); Madison Irving Surgery Center - 4; Physician Office Building - 4; Labor & Delivery - 3
• Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Supervision in MOR and surgery centers only
• What is the CRNA to MD ratio: 1:3 when supervising
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
