Entry Level Sales Representative

Job Description

We are hiring Sports Minded Sales Representatives to sell energy services inside high-traffic retail locations and at local community events. This is a performance-driven environment where effort, attitude, and execution directly impact your earnings and career growth.

This position is ideal for former athletes, coaches, team captains, or anyone who enjoys structured goals, accountability, and winning as a group.

What You’ll Be Doing

Engaging customers face-to-face inside retail stores and at promotional events
Explaining energy options in a clear, confident, and competitive sales style
Setting daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and pushing to exceed them
Representing the brand with professionalism, energy, and presence
Working closely with a team while still owning your individual performance
