Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Construction Superintendent for an on-site position based in Utica, NY. The Construction Superintendent will manage all day-to-day operations on a construction site, ensuring that work progresses on schedule and meets quality standards. Responsibilities include overseeing construction activities, enforcing safety protocols, coordinating with subcontractors, and providing leadership to ensure project budget and timeline objectives are met effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to managing schedules and resources while maintaining compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Construction Site Management and enforcing Construction Safety standards to maintain a secure and compliant work environment
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely project completion
• Proven skills in Project Management, ensuring resources are used efficiently and projects stay within budget
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• 10+ years of experience in a construction-related role, preferably in a supervisory position with a list of completed projects by job value
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in construction management or a related field is a plus
