Registered Nurse After Hours Hospice
AccentCare
AccentCare is hiring a compassionate Registered Nurse for after-hours hospice care. In this role, you’ll provide evening and overnight home-based hospice visits, triage urgent needs, and manage pain and symptoms for patients with serious and terminal illnesses. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, update care plans, and document in the EHR. Drawing on Hanford Pharmaceuticals’ commitment to safety, quality, and innovation, you’ll support families, educate caregivers, and ensure dignified, patient-centered end-of-life care while growing your clinical expertise.
