ABOUT THE ROLE As a Clinical Operations Associate at Solace, you will be instrumental in bridging clinical excellence with operational execution.

Reporting to the Chief of Staff to the Chief Medical Officer, you will ensure that our clinical programs deliver exceptional value to patients while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. This is a unique opportunity to help shape how healthcare advocacy operates at scale. You'll work on high-visibility initiatives that directly impact patient outcomes. This role is remote in the Greater Boston area due to occasional in office work. Start date: July 2027. What You'll Do - Drive value and learn. You’ll take full ownership of your work, and you take responsibility for every last detail, every step of the way - Work with small multi-disciplinary teams.
