Administrative Support Associate - Shift 1

Our client, a leading organization in the retail support industry, is seeking a Administrative Support Associate - Shift 1 to join their team. As a Administrative Support Associate - Shift 1, you will be part of the Store Support Center supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Support Associate - Shift 1

Location: Kroger Store Support Center - 1014 Vine St., Cincinnati, OH 45202

Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

What's the Job?

• Provide administrative and clerical support to team members to support business objectives
• Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel coordination
• Gather, organize, and input data; generate basic reports as needed
• Support documentation, systems entry, contracts, and forms with accuracy and attention to detail
• Serve as a point of coordination for routine communication, follow-ups, and information requests

What's Needed?

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
