What We’re Looking For:

• Valid School Psychologist license/certification for Minnesota, or eligibility to obtain
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Ability to assess, counsel, and support students’ academic, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Comfort navigating both in-person and virtual/hybrid work (as needed)
• Flexible, team-oriented, and committed to equity in student outcomes

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and families to develop effective interventions and individualized education plans
• Provide direct and consultative support for students’ emotional, behavioral, and academic development
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and offer expert input on student needs
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with district and state regulations
