Advanced Research Associate - Manufacturing

Advanced Research Associate supporting end-to-end reagent manufacturing and quality control at Bio-Techne in Austin. The role involves formulating and testing molecular assays, managing production workflows, and ensuring compliance with regulated standards.
Responsibilities
- Formulate reagents following established manufacturing protocols
- Functionally test products and verify compliance with specifications
- Fill, label, package reagents and perform downstream production tasks
- Document non-conformances, deviations, and maintain accurate records
- Perform equipment maintenance, validation, and product stability testing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in scientific discipline or equivalent work experience
- 2-5+ years production environment experience
- Molecular assay setup and analysis experience; PCR/qPCR preferred
- Knowledge of cGMP, GLP, ISO, or regulated environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Compensation: $49,700.00 - $81,650.00
