This position will help students learn subject matters and skills that will facilitate maximum learning experiences and contribute to their development as mature, capable, and responsible adults; create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of the students; guide the learning process toward the achievement of curricular goals. Employment status: Certified, 185-day employment contract. Qualifications for the position include: Valid and appropriate Ohio teaching certificate/license Bachelor's degree in education from an accredited college or university Alternative to the above qualifications as Superintendent and/or Board of Education may find appropriate Internal candidates (currently employed by Olentangy Schools) must submit an internal online application in Applicant Tracking (SchoolSpring).
