Seasonal Office Leader - In-Person, Growth & Coaching

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking an Office Experience Manager in Marble Falls, TX to lead a team of Tax Advisors and CSPs, ensuring a consultative client experience and disciplined daily execution. You will coordinate with the CCS team and accelerate the office's seasonal tax business. Initially a flexible part-time role in fall, with ramp-up for the tax season and an expanded schedule from January to April, including evenings and weekends as needed.
