\nAs a DaVita RN, you’ll ensure compassionate and professional delivery of all dialysis-related nursing services in an outpatient setting, ensuring the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of your patients. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with our professional team of clinicians, and use your critical thinking skills to solve problems and support patient care. \n
\nKey Responsibilities: \n

\n
• Deliver dialysis treatments and monitor patient status
\n
• Assess, troubleshoot, and respond to clinical situations
\n
• Educate patients and build meaningful relationships
\n
• Work as part of a supportive care team
\n

Qualifications: \n

\n
• Current RN license in state of practice
\n
• CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation
\n
• 2+ years’ experience with acutely ill patients (ICU, ER, Med/Surg preferred)
\n
• Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills
\n
• CNN certification a plus
\n

The Wage Range for the role is $37.00 - $51.00/hour.\n
